I am an executive coach specializing in leadership, career, and fitness coaching. I have a wealth of experience working within and with international companies with individuals wanting to make big changes. I am passionate about neuroplasticity as it relates to how we change, have several degrees and multiple certifications. I unabashedly steal, transform and use any idea to help my clients to master self-leadership, find jobs, create a healthy body, build teams, relationships and muster the grit to power up action when the going gets rough. I maintain a private practice that includes a broad spectrum of organizations and clients from across the United States.
I coach individuals to improve their leadership performance and relationships; initiate bold career moves, launch job searches, and create meaningful lives no matter their age, profession or life situation or starting point.
In addition having established Priority One Coaching, LLC in 2000, I have interpreted leadership, career and coaching assessments as an executive assessor for an international talent management company. I served as vice president and senior professional services consultant for an international management-consulting firm; managing consultant for two outplacement companies and director of professional services for an organizational diversity consulting business. I have coached hundreds of individuals and groups impacted by downsizing and layoffs. My experience includes conducting focus groups for organizations for the development of new operational and management strategies to revitalize leadership and poor morale; as well as training and management development experience with two Chicago-based teaching hospitals.
I integrate multiple coaching techniques as a result of extensive experiences with corporations, executives and individuals to create focused conversations and useful assignments for each individual. One approach does not fit all.
As an experienced speaker I have provided specialized, motivational talks and workshops including: The Communication Challenges in Relationships for Married Physicians; How Therapists Can Attract Clients; Interviewing and Salary Negotiation Techniques; How to Develop An Impactful Resume, How to Market Yourself in A Job Search, Locus of Control and Midlife Career Transitions; Building Leadership, Organizational and Personal Resilience; Managing and Leading Change, Impact Of Personal and Organizational Transitions; Benefits of Professional Coaching; and Why Executives Fail.
